Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Avodroc Custom Printing (“Avodroc”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. SERVICES

(a) General Services

Avodroc offers a variety of services including but not limited to custom apparel printing, embroidery, DTF printing, promotional product customization, and graphic design. For customers utilizing our technology repair services, Avodroc will attempt to diagnose your issue, provide a service estimate (including applicable taxes), and then proceed with in-store or mail-in repair services upon your approval.

(b) Customer Responsibility

Before bringing or sending in your computer, phone, gaming system, or any other electronic device for diagnostics, repair, or service, it is your sole responsibility to back up all data, software, and personal information stored on the device.
Avodroc is not responsible for any data loss, software corruption, or file deletion that may occur during the service process.


2. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

(a) Limitations to Service

Avodroc reserves the right to decline or discontinue service, either wholly or partially, if we determine that your needs are beyond the scope of our available resources or standard service offerings. In such cases, we may provide a full or partial refund based on the situation.

(b) Force Majeure

Avodroc is not responsible for service delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, system failures, or actions by third parties.

(c) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avodroc’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Under no circumstances shall Avodroc be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, inability to use your device or product, or financial loss.


3. SERVICE WARRANTY

We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied.

  • We provide a 15-day limited warranty on all qualifying technology repairs from the date of service.

  • If you experience issues related to the original repair during this warranty period, contact us at 972-275-9330, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue at no additional charge.

  • This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the original service or caused by misuse, physical damage, or third-party intervention.


4. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Avodroc reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
