🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 21 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Include a note with your return indicating the product you’d like in exchange.

  • Once we receive the item, we’ll ship your replacement right away.

Please Note: If the new item costs more than your original purchase, you will be responsible for the price difference before the exchange is processed.

💳 Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Return the unused item within 21 days of the purchase date.

  • Include a brief note explaining your reason for the return.

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original product price, excluding shipping costs.
